HR Auditor 2.0 for Microsoft Lync® and Skype for Business® is an easy to use application for searching and exporting message content and details on your Microsoft Lync® or Skype for Business® environment. You can search and browse messages by keyword, user, and date/time range. Message content is instantly displayed in the browser, and can be exported to PDF, TXT, or CSV, and additional eDiscovery formats such as EDRM.
Our objective was to build a product that would install seamlessly in less than 30 minutes, allow authorized users to view Microsoft Lync® and Skype for Business® IM conversations with advanced search functionality, and provide a modern UI with rich visual eDiscovery functionality.

The scheduled reports are based off of saved queries that an HR Auditor user creates and the results can use any of our export formats. The scheduled reports can be configured to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and the results will be emailed to a designated list of email recipients, even people not provisioned in the HR Auditor system.
We have had a lot of requests for more flexibility when searching for users and we have added some features we think you will like. HR Auditor now allows you to search for all users from other domains, federated domains, or with certain names using our Advanced User Search. We also allow you to choose users based on their SIP address, to show users that are no longer in your Active Directory.
